As this school is proprietary in nature, Admissions are not open to all. To provide educational facilities to
the wards of Railway employees in all |

admissions employees wards are treated as Category I / Entitled. However subject to vacancy /
availability of seats sons / daughters of Non-Rly |

Guardians are also admitted and they are treated as Category II / Non entitled. |

Subject to vacancy, Admission to other classes are finalised through internal criteria.
A Child seeking admission in Classes II to IX shall have to |

produce TC of a recognised school along with the admission application form. If a TC is produced
from a school located outside the district the |
| |
same must be duly counter signed by the District Education officer / Inspector of school of the issuing district. |

Admission to Class I is through a internal criteria, Application forms & Syllabus for the admission will
be available at School office. |

Applicants for admission to Std. I should not be less than 5 years or more than 7 years of age as on 1st April. |

Documentary evidence of the date of birth must be submitted with the application form for admission at
the time of registration. Parents / Guardians /Employee's |

may note that the date of birth and the name of child, once registered can not be altered. |
| 6. |
Admission to other classes will be considered subject to availability of seats. |
| 7. |
No Admission is permissible in class X & XII. |
